Pre-treatment of Byproducts

The by-products undergo a process of hydrolyzing in an appropriate tank made of stainless steel.

The hydrolyzation prior to anaerobic digestion allows to obtain a product of excellent quality to digest which determines an important increase in the quantity and quality of biogas produced. The loading system of the mixing tank and preparation of the raw material will be of the mechanical type, whereas the product will pass into the hydrolyser, well mixed and added with a suitable amount of recirculation water extracted from the digestate.

The digesters will be fed through a system of pumps with a liquid product well homogenized, heated and hydrolyzed which will improve the yield of biogas, the digestibility and the speed of reaction.
